Made solely from old Swartland bush vine Chenin that’s been farmed sustainably and crafted with minimal intervention to best capture the unique terroir and flavours. Combining sur lie and barrel matured Steen with a core of bright acidity to enclose the spice, ripe apricot, peach and citrus blossom aromatics.
