Produced from 100% blue agave, it is roasted in traditional black ovens, then slow distilled in small batches and finally aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. On the nose you can find toasted oak, chocolate, caramel and nut aromas.. A complex yet soft balanced palate with a slightly sweet taste and a smooth, long finish.
