A Cape Blend from Constantia consisting of 42% Shiraz, 40% Pinotage and 18% Grenache. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Each varietal was aged separately in 10% new, 35% 2nd fill, 35% 3rd fill and in 20% 4th fill French oak barrels. The wines were then blended together to create this wine with soft tannins and great length of flavour.
