This 100% Chardonnay Cap Classique from the Swartland region of the Western Cape has fresh and inviting aromas of sun-ripe apricot and peach, freshly baked bread and roasted almonds. The flavours persist onto the palate accompanied by flinty minerality and a rich, textured mouthfeel. Crisp layers of citrus linger on the finish and are balanced by a moreish creaminess.
