A white blend of Chenin Blanc and Palomino. The grapes are from blocks located halfway between Dwarskersbos and Elands Bay on the West Coast. Whole bunch pressed then fermented in two old foudres for 5 days to start. Left on the lees for 12 months in total then bottled. A wine that is more accessible at a younger age then most of their wines
