Scions of Sinai Senor Tallos Skin Macerated White 2022 750ml

A blend of Chenin Blanc (51%) and Grenache Blanc (49%) and is classified as an ‘orange’ skin macerated wine. Various fermentation methods were used, ie, the Chenin was fermented on its skin and there was a carbonic maceration element to the Grenache Blanc. The wine aged for 7 months in older barrels.
