Winemaking Inspiration:
Inspired by Krug and Bollinger, Jewel Box is a rich, opulent, and complex Cap Classique.

Grape Selection and Fermentation:
Hand-harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel and old French oak barrels. A reserve portion of Chardonnay aged in French oak adds complexity.

Blending and Aging:
The blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir spends at least 48 months on the lees for optimal complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Light straw yellow with elegant bubbles. Complex aromas of roasted almonds, marzipan, and subtle fruit notes. Dry, rich, and full-bodied with a soft, toasty creaminess.
