The 2020 Crescendo marks the third edition from Taaibosch, presenting a blend comprised of 65% Cabernet Franc, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Merlot. After maturing for 13 months in 225-liter barriques, it undergoes an additional 12 months of aging, with 75% in foudres and 25% in cement. This exquisitely structured bouquet unveils fragrant black fruit intertwined with hints of truffle and cedar, with a subtle emergence of wild mint over time.
