The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish Irish Whiskey 750ml

A combination of St Lucian character and Irish Heritage. A blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still triple distilled whisky. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks for an additional 6 months. A treat for the senses, with aromas of exotic rum, apricots and summer fruits on the nose, flavours of tropical fruits and vibrant spices on the palate and a finish  of fig, banana and oak spices. Decadent and tropical.
