Vago Elote Mezcal 750ml

Corn and agave are the staples of Mexico and here, the corn is grown alongside the agave row above the Palenque of this mezcalero. The dried kernels of the corn are toasted and placed in the still with the mezcal to infuse its flavour. Corn never ferments ,it is strictly used as a flavour infusion, therefore Vago Elote Mezcal is 100% agave spirit.

A beautiful mouthfeel with more body than the Espadín. The corn infusion is subtle with hints of indigenous corn and toasted nut aromas.
