A tribute to the rare Babiana Noctiflora fynbos species on the Paardeberg Mountain, this wine is primarily crafted from Chenin Blanc grapes that were harvested from a single block of old vines, planted in 1987. The vines’ age and low yield guarantee consistent quality and concentration, making it the foundation of the blend. The wine boasts a smoky and toasty nose with subtle hints of stone fruit. A full and creamy palate, featuring well-integrated acidity and a vanilla finish.
