Cape Rock Amnesty 750ml

This blend aims to explore Cape Rocks idea of what red wine making was and should be today to reflect the terrior of the Olifants River region in a fruity, dry, naturally made red wine. This blend consists of Syrah, Mourvédre, Grenache, Carignan and Viognier. The wine is light in colour and light bodied with a sweet nose of red summer berries and red fruits. Can be enjoyed on its own in winter or slightly chilled on those summer evenings.
