Anthonij Rupert Cabernet Franc 2017 750ml

A 100% Cabernet Franc from Franschhoek. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in oak fermenters, then aged for 18 to 24 months in 225 litre French oak barrels, of which 60% were new barrels. Bottled unfiltered, then bottle-aged for 3 years before it was released. The wine has the potential to be cellared for 10 to 15 years.
