Backsberg Sydney Back Potstill Brandy 25 Year 750ml

Sydney Back has recently unveiled a Limited Reserve 25-Year-Old Potstill Brandy. This exquisite spirit is meticulously crafted from the juice of chenin blanc grapes harvested early in the season, which is then vinified to create a base wine. Following this, a double distillation process occurs in a 6hl Alembic potstill, after which the brandy undergoes maturation for a minimum of 25 years in small French oak barriques.
