The grapes for this wine were hand harvested from their Porseleinberg (88%) and Goldmine (12%) farms. They were naturally fermented (60% whole-bunch) in tulip-shaped concrete tanks. The wine was then matured for 18 months in Austrian oak foudres and 600L demi-muids.
