Craven Bluegum Grove Chardonnay 2022 750ml

A 100% Stellenbosch Chardonnay. The vineyard is situated in the Polkadraai Hills. The vines were planted in 2005 on Granite and sandy soil. The grapes were whole bunch pressed, then fermented and matured in 500L barrels for 7 months.

Expect citrus, apple and white peach aromas on the nose. Bright acidity on the palate with good fruit definition.
