Craven Wines
Craven Wines is the dream come true for husband and wife duo Mick and Jeanine Craven. In 2011 they moved to Stellenbosch and set out to produce honest, site-specific wines. Their approach to their wine making process is simple, they tend to be hands off allowing the wines to develop as they wish, however still being hands on by paying close attention to them. No cultured yeasts, enzymes or fining agents are added to the wines. They source old oak barrels for fermentation or use concrete fermenters to maintain the delicacy and purity of certain wines.
