Luddite Saboteur White 750ml

A blend of 77% Chenin Blanc, 10% Viognier and 13% Blanc Fumé. The Chenin blanc was sourced from Bot River and Standford Hills, Viognier grapes were sourced from Bot River and the Sauvignon Blanc from Elgin. The Chenin and Viognier has skin contact for half the fermentation. All components spend 7 months in old French Oak barrels. Pale straw in colour with aromas of sweet fruit, peach and almonds. White peach and honey blossom flavours on the palate with a salty, herbaceous finish.
