Constantia Uitsig has an extensive history from being part of the very first wine producing farm back in the mid 1600s. It’s an estate that receives a cool coastal breeze resulting in wines that can be aged due to its natural acidity. It’s located with beautiful views on the lower slopes between the Constantiaberg and False Bay. The estate is passionate about sustainability; conservation and upliftment / supporting community in every aspect from organic farming practises; wine making; growth of indigenous flora & fauna, even their buildings have carefully been designed and built with the environment and future in mind. 17 hectares of farm land in under vine producing a range of world-class and award winning wines.
