Genevieve MCC is a passion and dream come true for founder, Melissa Genevieve Nelsen. With a love for bubbles she set out to make her own, eventually settling on a farm in Bot River, just outside of Cape Town. Her MCCs showcase elegant characteristics with a balance in acidity, flavour and fine mousse at first sip.
