Testalonga
Established in 2008 by Craig and Carla Hawkins. They rent 11 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in Paardeberg on granite soils. The also rent 4 hectares of vineyards in Piketberg on sandstone soils. They purchased a farm in Bandits Kloof (Swartland) in 2015, on slate/sandstone soils. They take a natural approach to their wine making, striving for purity, precision and brightness in their wines.
