Diemersfontein Wines
Diemersfontein is a 183 hectare estate on the Hawekwa Mountains near Wellington. It’s been owned and run by the Sonnenberg family since the early 1940s. Originally a fruit farm, vineyards were only grown in the 70s and the first wine cellar built in 2020 by third generation David Sonnenberg. He’s forged forward to produce award-winning estate wines. The region is known for “best terroir” for Pinotage, Chenin and Malbec.
