Darling Cellars
Darling Cellars is located on the West Coast of South Africa. Roughly 95% of their vineyards are growing in unirrigated (dry soil) and about the same amount are bush vines growing wild (not trellised) resulting in them producing interesting wines that are true to their terroir. Their cellar with a range of modern equipment allows them to produce small, unique batches of wines as well as bigger, uniform volumes. They have about 11 different ranges of wine from their Heritage Collection; Wine Makers Premium Selection to the Classic Range and Box wine.
