Arendsig is a privately owned farm on the lower valley of the Robertson hills owned by Lourens van der Westhuizen. He sets out to produce high-quality, single vineyard wines that have been handcrafted by his team. There is minimal intervention in his winemaking technique which allows for a unique balance and strong characteristics of each vineyard to shine through. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, no enzymes and neutral vessels are used for maturation.
