Black and White Scotch Whiskey was established in 1904 by James Buchanan. Known as “one of history’s great Whisky barons”. He wanted to created a top quality blend that would appeal to a wider target market. The whiskies are matured for a long period of time in casks previously used for making American bourbon or Spanish sherry which gently influence the complex flavour profile.
