Brouwerij De Poes was founded by baker, dietician and now brewer Stijn David in 2014 in Woesten, Belgium. The brand is named after his favourite pet as seen on the logo. They use the highest quality, homegrown raw materials to produce their
complex, high-fermentation craft beer.
