Branca is the world’s most popular Italian liqueur. Was created by self-taught herbalist, Bernardino Branca in Milan, Italy in 1845. Today it’s still made using the original secret recipe of 27 herbs along with other ingredients. It’s aged in oak barrels for a year and contains a higher alcohol content and lower sugar content than other amaro / bitters. Enjoyed neat as a digestive or added to cocktails as a flavour enhancer.
