El Jimador is a premium tequila made from the process of carefully hand-harvesting the Weber blue agave and distilling & bottling on site. The name honours the hard-working jimadors, the masters and their hands that work the fields to harvest the agave. It’s naturally fermented and double distilled offering clarity and purity perfect enough for slow sipping.
