Damascene Wines
Damascene Wines is a partnership between Jean Smit and David Curl. Their
debut release was in 2019. Their process begins with sourcing memorable and unique vineyards that showcase the diversity of terroir in the Western Cape wine region. Many hours and dedicated focus is given to the independent farmers and custodians of the chosen vineyards to gain as much necessary knowledge of their vines, soil, climate, etc as possible. Their first range that set them on the wine industries mark is the DAMASCENE Stellenbosch Syrah and DAMASCENE Cabernet Sauvignon.
