Cascahuin is a premium tequila established by the Rosales family from El Arenal, Jalisco in the 50s. They have been distilling lowland tequilas since 1904. This area in Jalisco has the oldest growing agave in the region that the tequila is made from. The distillery is named after the Cascahuín mountain range, meaning “mountain of light” due to the lighting that strikes large deposits of ore in the ground.
