Ninkasi
Ninkasi Whisky Experience was founded in 2015. Inspired by the Sumerian goddess of beer and brewing, Ninkasi. Their whisky is aged for thirty months in white Burgundy barrels, then finished in American oak barrels previously containing Pinot Noir for six months.
