Chateau D’esclans is a beautiful estate northeast of St. Tropez in Provence. Sacha Lichine bought this Chateau with a vision of creating the worlds best rosés. Enter Whispering Angel, now in its 16th vintage. Hand harvesting of their grapes takes place in September from sunrise to noon, or during the night to avoid the heat of the day.
