Clemengold
Clemengold Gin was launched in 2016 by Hope Distillery in Cape Town. The star-of-the-show ingredient is South Africa’s leading citrus – ClemenGold® mandarins. Through the process of maceration and vapour infusion natural and locally sourced ingredients are used to produce this aromatic and zesty gin. Delicate aromatic oils are extracted from the botanicals and each drop of gin passes through them which infuses it with intense flavour and aroma. Their website showcases a few tried and tested delicious cocktails featuring Clemengold gin such as negroni punch; white chocolate & Clemengold gimlet.
